HARDWARE SUPPORT & REPAIR AGREEMENT

Compulink Business Systems, Inc. provides Hardware Warranty and Support under an agreement that applies only to peripheral purchased and/or provided by Compulink. (Note: This Agreement does not cover Dell hardware products or related items, which are covered under their own respective service and/or warranty agreements.) This agreement shall begin on the initial ship date and shall remain in effect for a period of thirty (30) days free of charge.

To prevent a lapse in your Agreement, you will be billed prior to the termination of this, and all subsequent agreements for an additional three month period. This charge will appear as "3 mo. Ext. Hardware Warranty" on your next bill.

Should the client allow this agreement to expire by not including the "3 mo. Ext. Hardware Warranty” payment , all toll free (800) support telephone assistance, loaner equipment and free shipping privileges regarding the hardware shall terminate. The client will be subject to a reinstatement fee to resume support. However, ALL MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTIES SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THEIR FULL TERM AS SPECIFIED .
