Compulink's ARRA Guarantee

Compulink's ARRA Guarantee

Compulink is fully committed to enabling its clients to qualify for and collect the maximum Medicare/Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) incentives under the HITECH Act of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.

To deliver on this, Compulink is fully committed to becoming “ARRA Certified” and meeting the full meaningful use certification criteria as set forth by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC).

In December 2009, Compulink was among the first EHR vendors to take step towards ARRA Certification by earning the designation of a CCHIT Certified® 2011 Ambulatory EHR in the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology’s (CCHIT®) Comprehensive certification program.  Now that the ONC has issued its Final Rule, Compulink will continue to update its CCHIT certification and/or pursue certification with another ONC-authorized certification body in order to complete its ARRA certification.

During this process, Compulink will offer its clients the following guarantee:

Eligible providers who begin utilizing Compulink’s Advantage/EHR  in 2011 to demonstrate Meaningful Use and qualify for the ARRA incentives, will be compensated in an amount equal to the lost incentives if they are not able to collect incentives due to Compulink’s inability to achieve ARRA certification.
